This eatery was recommended to me by a salesclerk at Old Navy, so we decided to give it a try. What a great place. Loved the ambience, and the food was absolutely delicious! Our server’s name was Colin, and he was one of the best waiters we’ve ever had. He made sure to check on us frequently to see if we needed anything. We were very pleased with Bella Italia in Cape, and highly recommend to to those who love Italian food like we do! (Ask for Colin’s table when you go!)
Went for my daughter's birthday. All the food was great and the ability to order gluten free pasta and desert was perfect for us. We did a have wait for our food, but our waitress gave us a free bowl of soup to make up for it.
We love this place. The food is always top notch. Oh, if your looking for a good steak this ones a hit. The steamed vegetables over pan fried potatoes are my favorite.
Went for the first time for our anniversary. Great food and atmosphere. Definitely the best place for Italian in Cape.
Service was good (think the waitress was a bit shy, but she did a good job) Food was VERY good! We enjoyed our visit to Cape much more because of this place. We will probably make the hour and a half drive again just for this!

I didn't know Italian food could taste so good... Beautiful decorations. Waitress was so nice. And it's not expensive whatsoever. Definitely worth checking out!
We were very pleased with our experience at Bella Italia. Though the olive oil and garlic needed a little something more. The fried ravioli was good.
I got the seafood cannelloni- my husband & I were very impressed with it. All of it was good! 5 stars for sure!

The food and atmosphere was awesome, will be going back, Alecia our server was wonderful. My wife had a glass of wine, the appetisers we're great, salad was awesome. Then came the entrees wich were delicious. Even got a desert to take home.😋
This is one of my favorite places. I have been several times over the last few years, and the food is always SO good. I normally have great service, minus this last time. But, hey one out of ten ..I'll take it! plus she was terrible, just not great.

Bella Italia never disappoints. The food is incredible, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is romantic. The oil and bread is my favorite part of eating at Bella Italia. I usually order the Fettuccini Alfredo and a glass of white wine. The spinach dip is another favorite, the crispy bread and the creamy spinach is a tasty combination. Outdoor seating is available.
I had an absolutely fantastic experience here the food was phenomenal whoever the cook is needs a raise I had a phenomenal server as well Remy was very knowledgeable about the menu and wine selection and had an amazing attitude I have never had such a wonderful server before

Hubby and I travel through the Cape several times a year as it’s about half way to my in-laws. We searched small business restaurants in the area looking for Italian food. Came across Bella Italia and the menu sounded incredible so we gave it a try. I did read mixed reviews on Google BUT we always want an opportunity to have our own experience to decide. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the whole experience! The moment we walked in the bartender greeted us. We requested a booth in the bar, he seated us and said our server would be right over. She stopped by, took our drink order and told us about Happy Hour specials. They weren’t too busy, but it was Wednesday about 5pm. Our server brought our bottle of wine and asked if we wanted an appetizer. We ordered the Spinach dip, which was delicious. She also brought us a round of HOMEMADE BREAD…..TO DIE FOR!!!
We shared a bowl of Lobster Bisque, also…TO DIE FOR!
The entree we choose to share was the Seafood Cannelloni again….absolutely amazing!!!
Bella Italia crew…thank you for the best Italian meal we’ve had since March 2020.
We will ABSOLUTELY be coming back to try more of your wonderful menu!

Nice small authentic Italian restaurant. Food was very good and we liked the atmosphere as well. They bring a loaf of bread to the table that was the best I have ever had.
