This was my first visit to any chic-Fil-A. My Granddaughter's choice. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and waffle fries. Not being a fan of sandwiches of any kind, the food I can only rate as ok. What impressed me was the workers. They were all young people but they were so nice. Totally missing the surly, mad at the world attitude found in pretty much all other fast food restaurants. They displayed a calm, pleasant presence, helpful but not invasive.
It was Memorial Day and there was a table displayed honoring the fallen soldiers. So appropriate and respectful.
Thank you, Chic-Fil-A for a dining experience in a fast food restaurant. I will return.
We placed our order through the app as we were driving to the restaurant and by the time we got our kids settled at the table they handed us our food and drinks. No waiting in line, food was hot, and we even discovered a new food that we had never noticed on their Sides menu (the chicken salad). Very convenient! The only improvement I would suggest is to allow more than three words when adding special comments to the order through the app.
I usually do not leave feedback but would like to thank Penny, and the leadership team at The Cape Girardeau Missouri location. There was a mishap and the entire leadership team from the owner all the way down handled above and beyond and past what any one person could expect. Definitely would recommend this establishment for any and all needs, from catering to having a great breakfast,lunch,or dinner. It’s a great place to visit anytime you are in “The Cape”, once again two thank you and may god bless.
When we arrived Monday at noon, the place was packed and the line was very long. We were very impressed by how fast the line went. Less than two minutes after ordering, we had our food! I was extremely impressed!
The best quick service restaurant in Cape Girardeau!! They have a great staff and are always going above and beyond in service to the community.

CFA never disappoints. The chicken is superior to other fast food chicken joints because of the breading. The chicken minis on the breakfast menu are insanely delicious. They are paired with a bread similar to a sweet Hawaiian roll. I recommend Chick-Fil-A for any meal of the day.
Every time we visit this location the are very busy with the drive through line wrapped around the building but they are always quick to serve you and get your food to you in a timely manner. Staff are all friendly and helpful. We love to use their app to order food to avoid standing in line to place the order. All food wad very good.
Super fast service, friendly staff, clean restaurant. All Chick-fil-A restaurants seem to be fast, but this one was really running people through the drive through on a Friday morning. I appreciate that not only were they fast, everything given was correct and fresh. Thanks!
Service is always pleasant and fast! Food is always delicious! I normally get the grilled or fried chicken sandwich deluxe, no salt on my fries with a lemonade! I'm never disappointed!
LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! Amazing always upbeat & smiling helpful employees with great service, actually had tents(multiple) for shade set up all along the drive thru that cars pull thru & under, with ACs (potable) for their employees who were going from car to car taking orders (very popular place) & 100+ degrees outside. SO WORTH THE WAIT!! WE LOVE THE CHICKEN STRIPS & THE FROZEN LEMONADE IS TO DIE FOR!! Shows when you treat your employees & customers with good service & respect in return they get very LOYAL customers who are pleased to enjoy the experience together as one!! Actually love they are closed EVERY SUNDAY, due to giving all the availability to rejoice Jesus! AMEN
