Recently our orders have been wrong but in small ways. Such as we ordered venti drinks and got grande size. They are out of oatmilk a lot... but with that being said. Most of the time the staff is excellent, and the drinks taste great.
Like most people, I love Starbucks. I drink it multiple times a week and often order the same thing every time. This location is very clean and organized. It does have trouble with adequate staffing and that shows in wait times
Well I just went through the drive thru, and they made my drink wrong. I asked if there was coffee in it only because it was very light in color. They didn’t even offer to make it again, they just said sorry about that. Who says that when you made my drink wrong, and I paid for it to be made correct
Horrible. Very rarely go to Starbucks anymore because of things like this. 1st cant take a bill over a 20. But no sign is posted for a heads up before ordering. So how was I supposed to know. Then, After 25 minutes(total wait time) only 2 cars ahead of me, they can't even make the order right. Smh.
Staff was great. And our drinks were perfect! Sometimes when we go it is super busy but they always get us through the line as quickly as possible! And when they make a mistake and you let them know they fix it and are super friendly about it!
Twice the hot white mocha tasted like a regular mocha & a caramel macchiato tasted like warm milk with a hint of caramel (no coffee taste at all). Very disappointing.
If you have ever been to a Starbucks, this was no different. Nothing abnormal drink was as expected, service attentive. Reason for the low review was as we entered the store sitting outside in an apron was a partner smoking a cigar. The smell was not pleasant and the apron on was not hygienic
Staff does a great job. I’ve only had my order messed up a couple times in the years I’ve been visiting this location.
