Sugarfire Smokehouse - Cape - Cape Girardeau - Photo album

First time there. Had the 6oz pulled pork sandwich and a side of Mac and cheese. It was delicious! The St Louis said was outstanding as well as the holler badger sauce had s great kick to it. Overall really pleased.
Hand down good food. This is not your usual BBQ place. It's rustic but upscale and clean. I lament that I was not able to try more in a single visit. We tried the Big Muddy and the Carolina. Both absolutely delicious. The brisket on the big mudding was well smoked and tender. The turkey on the Caro
The food was really good. I had the burnt ends meal. The place was pretty cool too!
Great food, fun atmosphere, and no complaints here. I like taking family and friends here. The next thing on my list to try is the adult milkshake that they serve.
Sugarfire in Cape serves up BBQ almost identical to the original in St. Louis - which is a very good thing. Right through the door you can pick up a beverage (Excel soda, beer, tea) if there's a line. The fast casual service style works well with BBQ. One of today's specials was a brisket sushi roll
2 only because beer is ice cold. Better than wibbs, you get meat, not just bbq sauce on toast. But meat bland no flavor!
1st time there, they blew it outta the water! Amazing food!
Really good bbq and great staff. Several different bbq sauces my favorite is the coffee bbq sauce. Also try the white bbq sauce for an unexpected flavor. You won't leave hungry.
