Rarely do I patronize Steak and Shake, only because it's not on my commute path. Today I was in the vicinity and went through. The 4$ menu was reasonably priced. The food quality, taste and appearance, was delicious. Up against Burger King or McDonald's, Steak and Shake wins hands down...

We had an amazing waitress that chatted with us, so friendly and attentive. It made the atmosphere comfortable and enjoyable with the good food. It would be a five star rating if we didn't find a hair baked in the fries, but the rest of the food was good quality and low priced so we weren't too upse

Very clean very fast service..food was hot and very friendly staff in the drive-thru definitely a great place for lunch .I will definitely return here in the future

Picture doesn’t do it justice. This Jalapeño steak burger bun is covered in grease so much, the bun is soaked and mushy, DISGUSTING! Why we never go to steak and shake, but we are in the hospital, it was the closest thing and open. $9 not to mention on the menu it was $7 Waste of money! Never going

Staff was fine but fries were way smaller than it used to be. The birthday cake shake wasn't the same as it used to be. It used to have cake peices in it. There was not any servers you have to order and pay before you eat. Then they call your number like a fast food restaurant. Made a lot of chan

This location has kiosk ordering. That takes getting used to, but I like it. We dined in. The employees were friendly, the service was fast and the food was good. We didn’t order shakes so I can’t speak as to those.

Had no waitresses. Had to place ur own order and go up and get it off the counter. But Food was good

It's a good place to eat lunch or supper I like d there double burger it was delicious and fries to I probably go back to it next week end
