Walked into Spanish Street Farmacy after a browse of downtown Cape Girardeau farmers market. Well worth it! The service was amazing and the specialty lattes are to die for! The food could use some fine tuning. Added spices could really transform their menu. Overall definitely a wonderful experience! They even allowed me to play on their piano for a bit!

Today's Blue Plate Special was fabulous! The special was cabbage, onions and sausage served over roasted potatoes with sour cream on the side.

I love this place and I love the store. I love how everything is from actual local farms! Its awesome. I love to stop in and pick up things here and there. They have the BEST ginger bratworst we have ever had they make it there!

Fresh veggies, fresh meat, fresh cut flowers... everything about this place is rustic and beautiful. On a whim I tried their herb and cheese focaccia and it is to DIE for! I've cooked gorgeous delicious dinners with the surprise veggies I got from their farm fresh boxes. I made delicious meaty morsels with cuts from their butcher and knowing that the meat is local and was probably much happier at the local farm than a factory farm made it taste that much sweeter. Even if you dont need grocieries stop by for a snack or a little bouquet, you won't regret it!!

The wife and I came here today for a Tea Blending class. Staff was great, teas are delicious. And they have so many amazing foodstuffs.

A great farm-to-table restaurant that also offers fresh, hearth-baked breads, teas, as well as organic produce and homemade ice cream. A nice change of pace in downtown Cape.

Ice cream made right there with local cream. They are Adding more things to menu. Soup was excellent. Local bread made by owners and family. Cheese. Grill cheese. Pies. Desserts. Homemade sodas. Update. Amazing sausage soup. I ate a bunch before the photo. Update. Tried eggx2 fried - best egg in town. Grill cheese right now is amazing Edit 3 - love the blue plate specials. They change all the time. They always taste amazing. My favorites that come to mind were the enchiladas (so much better than all others i have ever tried) and the pork loin. I hope the pork loin becomes a permanent menu item. Kale salad that is new is amazing. Dressing was homemade and so good (sone kind of creamy dressing - a variation on Ranch that I loved). The buns on the pork burger are made from scratch. Posted menu pick but remember it changes
