We went to Caruso's for dinner while visiting Capitola. Be aware that the place is really small. Indoor seating is very limited. We were seated outside initially, but the server was kind enough to call us in when a seat opened up. We had ordered the vegetarians pizza and the Dischetti Al Tartufo. Bo
I ordered an espresso and their machine was down... our server bought me an espresso at a neighboring shop and brought it to our table. That's an excellent service I will never forget. The food here never disappoints either. 6 out of 5 stars, hands down and hats off.
Hands down the best Italian place in the Capitola/ Santa Cruz area. It gets pretty crowded on Friday nights and on the weekend since the place is rather small. The fettuccine vodka is to die for!
Went to dinner last night with friends. This place is very small. 4seats at bar watching the chef cook and approx 8 tables. It will get crowded but I thought the food was pretty good but not something to rave about in my opinion.

My husband and I are in love with this place. It's very well maintained, owners are the nicest people I've ever seen. They care about this place a loot. Food is perfect, service is perfect and other visitors are perfect too. You'll feel welcomed here.

Outstanding Italian food expertly prepared. Gnocci Italiani were soft velvety pillows with three fantastic sauces. The calamari were cooked to perfection and very flavorful. Wonderful food. Had really good food. We ordered Popeyes pizza and Alfredo pasta and it was so good. Creamy and delicious.pizza base smell Smokey and taste so good. Perfect for date night or with family. We really enjoyed our dinner here. Must visit 😊
