This IS the best Pho near Santa Cruz. So damn good. I also love the honeydew and Taro milk teas, they're a tad sweet so ask for reduced sugar

Super tasty Vietnamese soups. I always get spicy wonton noodle soup. Not on the menu. Just order 31 and say make it spicy. The wontons are large and meaty. My wife has #11 chicken leg noodle soup and loves it.
