It's over cooked. Looks like the chicken been recooked or reheated from day before or earlier in the day. Very disappointed and the fries looked bit over cooked
I don’t usually go to BK in the AM but I wanted a fast hot coffee and a breakfast sandwich. NEVER again EVERYTHING was cold and hash browns/sandwich were cold and stale NASTY. Coffee wasn’t hot at all. Not eating any if it. Thanks BK you rock!! NOT!!
Website says their drive thru is until 1am, but it was blocked at 11:45. My bad for wanting something to eat during your posted open hours.
I've had so many encounters at this place where the employees were straight up rude. I don't care if you have even mediocre customer service cause I've worked in fast food myself and have worked in customer service most of my life. I get it. But to interrupt when I'm literally trying to say my order
Often eat from here. Drive-thru or dine in. It's always a nice experience, people are friendly. You do occasionally encounter a homeless person eating in or hanging outside, but they keep to themselves, everyone is respectful.
The worst restaurant ever 2022 no restrooms the food is cold and bad quality I don’t recommend safe your time and money 💰
Terrible experience here. Biked all the way from pleasure point to find that drive thru was the only option. When at the window the employee told us it’s for cars only then walked away. We then biked home to get our car. Drove back to find out he had closed the store 2 hours before posted closing ti
