This is one of our absolute favorite restaurants on Captiva! We go there for lunch a lot while we’re here. Last night, we took a group of 12 for dinner. We were at least the 4th or 5th large group. Our meals were a little delayed, but the kitchen sent out complimentary cheese plates for us to enjoy, and our meals were fantastic. David C Johnson was playing - by far the best musician I’ve heard on island, and he played from 6 (we arrived at 6:30), and was still playing without break when we left at 9! I’ve always loved this place, and our family dinner was very special - such a hardworking staff, great entertainment, and great food. Thank you!

We stopped in just for the key lime pie. It has to be good when you are willing to drive from Ft Myers this time of year just for pie. It did not disappoint. It’s a wonderful as it is beautifully presented. Big enough for two.

Definitely the best key lime pie I've ever had. Good tropical themed cocktails as well. I haven't eaten here in years though but I recall it was pretty good. Definitely a great restaurant for families and the live music outside is a nice feature.

We stopped in only because we heard a Flute being played beautifully and we could tell it was LIVE and just had to see who it was. We followed the sounds and found Keylime Bistro and Paul Rozmus playing Flute, Piano and singing. Absolutely amazing! My wife, Jessica Gray, who is also a singer even sang with him. The music was fantastic and the food turned out to be delicious as well, especially the Key Lime Pie, OMG! We sat on the deck with perfect weather all around. Highly recommend Keylime Bistro!

Talk about off the beaten path! I’m so happy we found it … a favorite of the locals … and they did not exaggerate the quality of the pie! We ended up ordering some appetizers before attacking the key lime pie. You must put this place on your bucket list.

We had a wonderful early dinner here with friends back in December. My husband said his grouper sandwich was one of the best he's had and I had the bistro salad with grilled salmon. Our friends enjoyed a lovely piece of key lime pie for dessert. We really enjoyed the outside dining and our waiter was entertaining!

We made the short drive up from Sanibel as this place came recommended from others. There is both indoor and outdoor seating with lots of fans going to keep it nice and cool. The inside was nice but could have been a bit cleaner. Everyone really enjoyed their food with the exception of myself. I didn't care for the lime flavor in the crab benedict but I get the theme and why it's offered. The seasoning on the breakfast potatoes was off as well, but again, probably just a personal preference. We ordered the nacho appetizer and it was huge and delicious! The key lime pie is a MUST as well.

5-Star Key Lime Pie! We came here a few times over our stay in Captiva. First 2 times was for breakfast which was very good. Crab Benedict was fresh and rich, and the potatoes had great flavor as well. We also came here for apps and drinks another night. Cocktails were great and the food came out quickly even though the restaurant was full. They also do live music on some nights which is nice when you’re sitting outside. And be sure to try their award winning Key Lime Pie, it’s definitely worth it! We’ll for sure to visit again when we make it back to Captiva.

Great experience! The waitress took the time to go over the menu and give her recommendations on everything. We had stuffed grouper and the seafood pasta. Can’t forget about the fresh crab cakes we had! We were so full from our meal that we brought a slice of their famous key lime pie home. DELICIOUS! Downside: the place seemed really outdated when we walked in. Also, when we were enjoying our meal (inside) we kept getting attacked by no see ums. Let the restaurant covered in bite marks! Would definitely go back here for the food!

We went for lunch, the music was not overbearing and the service was good. We started with chicken nachos that were very good. I order a Mai Tai and it was one of the best u have had since Bob Chins in Chicago. We had blackened Grouper sandwich, chicken club, sautéed class and fried shrimp. Everything was very good and we would definitely go back again.

We tried several items. The waitress didn’t really have any recommendations… so it was a stab in the dark. The dessert was very good. I wouldn’t order the chicken parmigiana again unless I ordered it with Alfredo sauce.

Really yummy food and they arent lying, their key lime pie is the best. Absolute best key lime pie i have ever had. Their service was ok and their frozen drinks were too, but a little too slow even though it wasnt busy when we went and much too sweet with little alcohol, respectively. Get their grouper sandwich blackened and definitely splurge on the fries, they sre worth it. The sauce for the seafood apasta was oh so good. Their kids burger was a generous portion and the grilled chicken sandwich was good too.

We ate here for lunch and tried to keep it light. We ordered salads and added blackened chicken and blackened grouper. These salads were delicious and did not disappoint! (Of note- The grouper was market price (~8 oz size) which came out to an additional $17) We topped off our lunch meal with a slice of keylime pie. We are not big fans of keylime pie, however- we have heard it was a must try. This pie was out of this world! Had the perfect amount of lime to it where it wasn’t overbearing. The crust was nice and buttery and topped the experience off. Would definitely come back! Don’t deprive your tastebuds from this delicious restaurant/experience!

Fantastic dining experience. Best service, pricing and food. Though I found the key lime pie to be a little too creamy.

Great getaway! The food is very good and well portioned. This is one of our favorite destinations on the weekend when we can get away. I posted some pics, the food isn’t green, we were outside and that was the color hue as the sun was shining down over the patio umbrellas. My wife is not a fan of “Anyone’s” key lime pie, but loves the Key lime pie served here. The grilled snapper sandwich is delicious and the fries are amazing.

A very warm, humid Sunday, so cold drinks, a fresh spinach salad and a cheesesteak sandwich for lunch ticked off all the right marks. All accompanied by a live soft rock guitarist to enhance the Caribbean vibes. Waitstaff was attentive and welcoming. Very happy

Live music. Outdoor seating. Great service. Best drink of any restaurant we visited on the island. Key lime pie is cheese cake style. Very rich, creamy, awesome. Huge serving of calamari. Bacon wrapped scallops were delicious.

Perfect place for a little night life on the island! We came around 9pm for dessert and cocktails. The key lime pie was amazing and the drinks were delicious! There was someone playing live acoustic music when we got there, and a DJ who also sang several of the songs when we left. Both were awesome! The staff and the crowd were both really fun! Free parking across the street.

Another great spot on Captiva island. We had dinner and it was great. The seafood paella was spectacular as it had lots of taste. I enjoyed an espresso martini which also hit the spot. Love music outside most nights as well. Worth a try.
