It's 95 degrees outside & I step in a cool pleasant Starbucks. Everyone behind the counter is cheerful & easy to talk to. I took a few pictures & wished them well.
This was the best starbucks experience i’ve ever had. Fatima & Emma were so kind and their drinks were made with a lot of care. Fatima clearly cares about the craft of coffee making and they have excellent customer service skills. Will be returning, probably again today.
This was a great Starbucks location! Location was clean and the baristas were fast and even walked our drinks to us from behind the counter. They also were consistent with any other Starbucks.
Fatima and Emma were amazing baristas who worked hard to ensure the drinks were made with care and tasted amazing! Their conversation and community was incredible!
This store is now an actual Starbucks! Big improvement over the last decade of being a resort owned Starbucks and limited selection to cut down competition with other resort venues.
Newly added large patio, great outdoor seating area. If they could just get rid of the gas powered golf carts.
Literally being this close to the beach, it is cooler here.
We have stopped patronizing Starbucks at home but this location has been a family mainstay for way too long.
Now with the upgraded, we will continue....
I stop here every morning on my way to work and these girls really work hard and do a great job. My coffee is always on point! Thanks for being open!
Great that South Seas has this Starbucks franchise open again to the benefit of the whole island. The staff are wonderful, the foods is great, and the coffee is excellent, particularly the cold foam stuff, it's nuts. Josue was the nicest guy you could meet, great to see him each morning I was there to say hi. Looking forward to coming back next time.
Fatima and Emma made me a drink superior to any other Starbucks from Maine to Florida. Usually, I am not a fan of Starbucks espresso. However, Fatima changed my life today. I guzzled my venti drink in less than a minute. New record time!
It is also worth mentioning that both Emma and Fatima were so very kind. I will be returning.
Wow! Got coffee for the family every morning over the last week. Great, fun staff! Thanks for being opened! Things are tough post Ian and having a Starbucks opened is a little piece of normalcy!
We were recently at the Captiva Island Starbucks and it was the best Starbucks we’ve ever visited. Your staff there is exceptional. Your store there is in great hands. It’s the same coffee with a superb group of people. Welcome back, Captiva!
