Ordered online 5/31 (after 6). The to-car delivery was ready when I confirmed I arrived. He was already out the door before I got the 2-minute automated response! The employee was not only prompt but courteous. And the food was still hot when I got to Forest City. I know because I ate a slice driving. 😉

Would have given 5 star rating, but that poor Skip guy is always working (per the app updates). Give Skip a paid vacation! I’m sure he’d like natural heat not from the oven!

We typically order from here once or twice a month—our orders are always correct and always done super fast. We live around the corner so we pick up our orders in 10 minutes or less in store. My favorite feature in the app is the ability to see which employee is making our order in the tracker. I’m sure there’s some collaboration taking place like at any business, but, 99.5% of the time we get Skip. I’ve never met him because my husband typically picks up the order…he’s a rockstar in my book!! 😎 It’s a tense few seconds immediately after placing the order to see if Skip would be making our order or not. Keep up the great work Carbondale Domino’s!
