Coming back from San Diego, this restaurant was a great choice when you are craving Italian food. Service was great, the waiter a white told guy from England very kind and friendly (also very funny, but can't remember his name sorry) I didn't know what to expect, but so happy that I choose this place. Food is delicious, I will give more stars if I could.

Nothing less than spectacular.
We came with a group of 10 and everyone had the best meal. Portions where over the top yet you didn't want to leave a bit behind.
I even asked for sambuca with 3 coffee beans foe my cappuccino and they knew exactly what I wanted. health, happiness, and prosperity is exactly what you expierence when you come here.
Come hungry and leave happy.
Enjoy!

The food is great. I have loved everything I've eaten here. The spaghetti carbanara is AMAZING but is only on the lunch menu. The service is fantastic. But truly, you are paying for the view. The food doesn't match the price. If it was just slightly less expensive for what you got, I would be giving this 5 stars. $180 for a steak is just a bit much in my opinion.

Wonderful service and really great food. Inside and outside dining but the outside with the ocean view is amazing. The location is literally steps from the beach. They have valet parking but also you can park in the surrounding neighborhood.

Five stars, well deserved. Absolutely phenomenal experience for all nine of us. We met a friend and his family and the service was exceptional, drinks were refreshed frequently but most importantly, the food was divine. Lobster and filet was cooked perfect (well, everything was), all fish, seafood tower, etc. was better than expected. Thank you for a wonderful night.

Packed on Mother's day, it was hard to find parking because the valet lot was full. Steak cooked perfectly, everything, food, service, views, was top notch. It was too noisy and loud due to the crowd to hear anyone but those next to me. Service was not slow, just right.

This place is legendary in the San Diego area. There are multiple restaurants, especially throughout north county. So why not go to one right on the beach for my very first visit, right? I arranged an important group work meeting here, despite having never been, because I trusted it would be at least decently good based on hearing about it for years. Long story short: The meeting went well. Everyone loved all the food, drinks, atmosphere, and service. I ordered the lasagne bolognese and couldn't believe how good it was. The portion was large enough to take some home to my wife. As the group dispersed, two of us snuck back into the restaurant and spent two more hours at the bar. I got home late on a work night, ate the rest of the lasagna standing up in the kitchen in the dark, and fell asleep stuffed and thinking about other items on the menu. Occasionally, a restaurant lives up to the hype.

I wish i could give it more stars. Firstthe ambience and service were impeccable with friendly staff, starting from valet parking. Excellent wine list, really nice dishes. Appetizers and drinks were tasty and nicely presented. Unfortunately our main course have been delayed and delayed. When the waiter came for third time to apologize, it becomes really strange.
And sadly when the main reason for our visit arrived, the file mignon was completely dry and more then well done. If you charge $90 for dish, that's simply unacceptable.
To the restaurant credit, the took it off the bill and comped us with some discounts, but could not completely fixed what we were hoping would be fabulous dinner.
Not sure what happened in the kitchen, and as i said the waiter really tried to salvage the situation. All kudos to him. I also don't think this is systemic issue, so i would go there again to give them another chance. But for this visit cannot give them more the 3 stars, all due to the service provided.
