Blaze has always been a long time favorite of mine but this location specifically has always been reliable. The staff is friendly and professional, the food is always prepared perfectly without getting the order wrong. Sometimes ordering through the app is finicky for this location, and they won’t accept mobile orders here after a certain time. Outside of that this is a great place to build your own pizza!

Located in Outlet Mall in Carlsbad, this is a great location to get your teeth into very thinly crusted pizza built to choice of your toppings. They have a wide variety of dough options including gluten free ones. Multiple sauces are available but my favorite one is spicy red - it has the right amount of kick to light to delight your taste buds. You can fully customize your or you can pick one of the standard ones and build on top of that. My recommendation is getting the red vine with spicy red sauce and then add roasted garlic and artichokes on top. The restaurant is fairly clean - given the amount of kids that roll in and out. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Want to give a shout out to the staff at Blaze. There were 7 people working there tonight and each one went out of their way to assure that we were taken care of quickly and to our satisfaction. Even giving recommendations. The best part is the food was delicious. Pizza was as good as NYC. Lots of choices that they assemble right in front of you. The berry salad was delicious! We’ll definitely be returning.

The vegan pizza we ordered was delicious. We ordered online and the pizza was ready at the promised time. They also went above and beyond with ensuring that they took precaution to food allergens.
