Fabulous food and very decent prices! There is something for everyone off this menu. We ate here multiple times on our trip and completely enjoyed every meal. The service was top notch.
Stopped twice for breakfast here in one weekend. Even on a Sunday morning it wasn’t too busy for us to grab a seat. Actually had the same great waitress both days. Pancakes, French toast (so good!!), eggs/toast were all great. Add a biscuit to your order if you have room!!
The staff was super friendly. We didn't have to wait a long time to get seated even though it was crowded. I had the breakfast burrito and my friend had the seafood omelet. I was not a fan of my dish because they put the salsa on top of the burrito. I ate my burrito with a fork. The burrito itself
The Daily News is an adorable place to eat. You can dine inside or out. The service is amazing and we love their breakfast.
It can get crowded, but don't worry, the wait is not bad at all. We were seated indoors pretty fast and the interior is lovely. Everything is clean and the place is well cared
Nice to have patio seating during these CoVID times. Very quick service. The ambiance is fair to middlin’- nothing special.
My breakfast - mushroom omelette with potatoes was good and the blueberry muffin too. My boyfriend had the Neptune omelette and was disappointed with how it seemed to be thrown
Nice environment to grab breakfast. Outside patio is always nice, watch the people go by while waiting for your order. Good food and reasonable price. Beside it's close to the beach and shopping stores.
I popped into Daily News for a quick to-go lunch. A server greeted me immediately with pleasantry and was very quick and attentive in taking my order. She then hand-delivered my order to me outside in less than 5 minutes!! The whole experience was quicker than a fast food drive-thru but so much b
This is a new favorite spot for us in Carlsbad! Going to come here everytime we visit! Try the cinnamon roll! Best I have ever tasted!
