Love this place! I get my salad chopped with gorgonzola and this might be the best darn dinner salad ever! Fresh and delicious! Then I'm a huge fan of the Chicken Limon which I also get chopped with light oil. The cooks might not be happy with my chopped post but it saves me time so I can just dive right in! HA HA! And now they have a full bar but a good glass of red wine is still the way I like my Italian meal. Enjoy!

First visit with our family and we loved this place! Risotto with pan seared scallops was divine and the pizzas were amazing. We lucked out and were seated next to the owners Greg & Barbie Nelson and "Gentleman Jack." It was a pleasure meeting them, and they spoiled our 3 kids with dessert. Thank you Greg & Barbie - we'll be back on our next visit to Carlsbad!
I have had several meals at Gregorio's and everything is wonderfully delicious. The pasta is perfect and the sauces are wonderful. One of the best Italian restaurants in Southern California.
The outdoor patio is relaxing and the eggplant parmesan ID the best I've had.

Went specifically to find a shrimp cocktail and it was simple yet fresh and delicious. We had a couple cocktails and they were refreshing and well made.

Great Italian food, signature cocktails, and great staff!!! The ambience is perfect!! Our new favorite spot for Italian and in such a prime spot in Olde Carlsbad. We plan on being back regularly for family dinners and plan on bringing our friends!!

The waitress was very friendly and spot on with our service! We sat outside with a beautiful breeze. The drinks were amazing and definitely top shelf ingredients were used. The dinner was delicious! I had chicken parm with angel hair spaghetti. The chicken was pounded n baked perfect and spaghetti cooked just right. No sticky hard blah taste. My friend ordered the ziti with sausage n mushrooms. I could not finish my meal, but my friend wiped theirs out. Lol...No room for dessert considering the plates were plentiful. Will be returning.
The Sicilian Chicken and Pasta was the BEST entree dish I have ever had!! Highly recommend this dinner plate and Christian was the best server ever. Truly professional!!
Excellent choice! Waitress was humourous and engaging. Food was delicious. Bread, salads, pasta (recommend the gnocchi). Outdoor seating makes for a great atmosphere. Dessert was super rich and tasty. And in a wonderful area to walk around afterwards.
Highly recommend this place and would definitely visit again in the future!
Get the eggplant parm! I don’t know how they do it, but it’s just insanely good. We will have a hard time ordering something else next time we come so we probably won’t! The service is always excellent. Dessert was pretty delicious as well, the Babycakes (warm chocolate cake with gelato). All the heaters keep you warm outside too.
We came here for a post-engagement celebration for my brother in law and it was great from start to finish. Making an online reservation cut the wait time way down. We ordered several kinds of pasta and I personally had the new york cooked medium to perfection. No complaints. Perfect service and great food.
