Horrible experience with a smile. Served melted ice cream. It was oddly hotter inside the store than outside. Ended up throwing away my ice cream rather than enjoying it.

We are on vacation and have been to the Carlsbad location twice for a hot fudge sundae only to be told their hot fudge dispenser is not working. Guess we will has to drive to Baskin Robbins.

3 half size kid size ice creams and one adult size scoop $22.50 And one of the orders was incorrect.

Baby boomers should get off reviews, there’s nothing wrong with this location. In fact, it’s my favorite ice cream shop on the 101. I love this place, and have ever since I was a child.

Expensive. The guy just charged me $9 for two scoops, and some M&Ms. And I asked for a kids size?!?

My husband and I stopped here to get a treat before heading home. I watched the workers serve 8 people, touch different handles, hand physical cash back and forth between customers, handling cards and no one washed their hands. Haven't been to a colostomy in a long time. Very happy with this location. Coffee with chocolate shavings and pretzels!
