The nice barista made me a new drink to try and I loved it. Almond Latte with a tiny bit of almond syrup to sweeten it up. Great atmosphere and now with wifi I can sip my coffee and grade papers in this beautiful place. It sure lifted my spirits.
We stopped by to get a cup of coffee and ended up staying for a few hours listening to an amazing musician and drinking some tasty wine from Witch Creek Winery. A splendid time. Wow!

Favorite new coffee spot in all of Carlsbad! Such full flavored tasty coffee...there are a bazillion options in the area and this is the only one I'll consider!!
We didn't get the baristas name but he was very welcoming, friendly & makes a great latte & cappuccino for Robert Henning & I!! We will definitely be back, when it's time to fill up with the delicious Carlsbad alkaline water!!

Neat place with interesting decor and friendly staff. The coffee is very tasty.
This place has changed a lot over the years and its current state is the best yet! Inside is a wine bar on one side and coffee bar on the other. Both offer tasty beverages! They often have local musicians performing and have a cute, eclectic patio to enjoy. Definitely check it out! Be sure to enjoy the sleeping tiger mural outside too. This location is near the end of our Carlsbad Village Route and makes a great pit stop! βοΈ π· π
Great coffee! Staff very friendly here and the place is very safe with covid protocols and social distancing. Able to drink our glorious coffees in their outdoor patio. Need to come back for the wine tasting!!

We quite literally stumbled upon this place by accident en route to Starbucks, because they are physically right next to each other. Friends, do yourselves a favor and come here instead!
The coffee is sooo good. Super fresh, strong, and local. There aren't as many menu options as Starbucks, but you can of course customize your drink, and everything they do offer here, they make extremely well. They even offer oat milk!
Sleeping Tiger shares a space with Witch Creek Winery, and is fabulous in every aspect. The physical space is absolutely adorable. There's an outdoor "Garden Gift Shop" that is incredibly well curated. There are all sorts of trinkets, furniture, and succulents available to purchase, and everything is arranged in such an inventive way. There's a good sized patio, but most of the seats aren't covered. There is, however, a covered outdoor private area for large groups or events.
Lastly, Sleeping Tiger is dog friendly, which is such a nice bonus. They even have a few water bowls set out for pups
Coffee was pretty good. I personally enjoy my own decaf brew better but decaf can always be a toss up. We have walked by here many times and I do recommend. The cappuccino was foamed perfectly!
Great coffee! Both chemex and espresso. They welcome feedback and happy to correct orders. Lovely outdoor seating. Winery tasting available in the same space.
