Love this place. We come here every time we come to California! If I lived here, I'd eat here twice a week. Great quality at a great price. And, I don't eat fast food...this is not typical fast food in my opinion.
All the workers there are busy and active constantly. They really keep up with all the orders in a timely manner and they got the order right.The chicken pieces are still on the small size like they have been for years compared to when I first discovered the chain in the 90's. My first visit was in a rush and 2000 miles away. This second visit was pleasant and tasty. The "guacamole", though, is much more avocado dressing than what we expected. I'd go back.
Good and cheap eats. Very friendly and efficient service. I've been to other locations before but this location's chicken seems a bit drier. I like that fact that you can go back and get more salsa. Overall, good choice if you want grilled chicken.

First visit to an El Pollo Loco and thought it was excellent! Chicken tasted great and the employees at the counter were polite. No complaints here.
We liked this place so well, we went back a second night. Beautiful, fresh food presentation and so delicious. Great service. Even passed the picky 9-year old's test.
