Can’t claim I’m fully qualified to rate ramen, but the staff was extremely friendly, our food was ready on time, and everything was pretty good. We had the Tokyo Shoyu and the Veggie Medley. We also added orders of Takoyaki and Gyoza.
Price Good, clean good, staff good. Ramen itself is just ok, it’s not salty, spicy ramen is just spicy enough maybe about 3⭐️. Overall good experience but not good for me to return to this place. Lots of people coming in so maybe good with locals.
The Ramen is my favorite here in North County as well as the beef bowl. I would highly recommend it.
Tokyo style curry aka veggie curry doesn't contain any vegetables? It's a modest portion, semi adequate taste. Tempura udon, again, modest portion adequate taste. Black ramen somewhat flavorful.
I have had authentic ramen many times. I have been to Tokyo where it really doesn’t get any more authentic ... Ramen Factory is not overly authentic. But it is REALLY good. This is probably the 2nd horrible ramen experience ever, therefore it deserves a 2 star rating. Owner/manager definitely had no genuine Japanese ramen training or taste. The ramen is made of instant soup powder, the pork slide is thin and chewy. The taste is next to the cheap cup noodle.
I'm a regular for the happy hour and always enjoy eating on the patio. The regular Ramen menu is a good value with a build your own bowl concept. Fresh ingredients, with a good variety. I've always had great experiences with the staff at this location.
