Absolutely flawless! Today was my second time visiting a Jersey’s Mike’s and I am now planning on becoming a regular at this location. Ian and Nicole were every helpful and patient with me while I ordered my Italian sub toasted meal and made my overall experience amazing. Food is absolutely delicious. 🔥 See y’all later!

Typically pretty good at this location. However today and a couple of other times I ordered an unsweetened ice tea and immediately had to throw it out. It tasted moldy. I believe they haven't cleaned their taps in a long time.

I love JMs. Unfortunately this location needs work. I had to keep repeating the order as a sub was passed from worker to worker. Sone was supposed to be toasted it was warm but definitely not toasted. Unfortunately these tasted no better than Subway.

Just like all the others - great service and very good sandwiches. Got one free on our points and another dollar off in a coupon. Indoor and outdoor seating. Two gender-neutral bathrooms, which is so smart.

When I arrived it wasn't even started
The young guy was so slow and not working in a logical manner. He kept working on other things in between making one sandwich fully and not changing gloves when he went back to work on sandwich
Wasn't wearing a mask while preparing food and was setting sandwiches all over counter without wiping off previous messes and didn't seem sanitary at all
Seems they have lack of training 🤔
The girl helping with online orders took 3 attempts to just bag 1 sandwich
It took 20 min for 2 people to get 1 order ready
Will not go back to this location again!!!

Ordered a sandwich evening ofJan. 8 2022. Then sat back and watched three kids in various states of un-maskedness handle my food - including uncooked ingredients. The primary kid who handled my food wore his mask on his chin only. When I cancelled my order the kids had no clue how to process a refund. It’s no wonder people are getting sick from this location. This location needs an intervention from the health department or anybody who cares about food safety standards.

I love me some jersey mike's but this location is NOT IT. Wonder who owns this & if they give a you know what?? There is always an issue, staff unexplainably lacks general knowledge, according to employee they ran out of gluten free bread a while ago yet did not thaw the frozen stack in the back. Night & day from other locations we prefer.

Online order was not ready for over a half hour after promise time. Employees not the friendliest. We were shorted a cookie. I have had much better subs elsewhere. At least the restaurant was clean... probably just because you could not eat there...
