Very rude! I had a BOGO for my birthday on my rewards account. They told me they wouldn’t except it because they were not my preferred store. I just moved to Encinitas. The always delicious Cold Stone! One of the last ice cream places in a sea of frozen yogurt. Last time I dropped my cone while paying and she was kind enough to make me a new one without even asking.
