Came to Carlsbad and my wife was craving some Pho so we hit this place up. We were staying at the Hampton inn not to far down the road which was convenient for us. So I looked them up and found out that they Doordash!!! So i ordered and i did go pick it up myself which I didnt mind at all. By the time I got there the food was ready to go! Very well put together for a to go order. All items had their own separate containers which helped with the building of the dish later. Now let's get to the good stuff. The Pho was AWESOME!! Great flavor and plentiful. We had the PO#6 OPTION and it had it all. The spring rolls were also good. And the fried egg roll were great as well. Me and the family really enjoyed this place and highly recommend it. Thanks guys!!
I LOVE going to this Pho place because it is near my work place. The menu is great yet very simple. The most atttactive part of my experience is always the cheap price. To me this place is cheap compare to other noodle house considering this is in carlsbad. I highly recommend this place most especially the broken rice,beef and Shrimp also the beef stew.
At $11.95 + tax it's a good value for MX 01 for a house special combination stir fried noodles and I chose the flat rice noodles (ho fun).
The portion of meats and veggies actually were a lot more than the flat noodles itself. Lots of beef, chicken, couple big shrimps and lots and lots of bok choy, carrots, celery, broccolis. Thus the good value. Though not high quality nor the best flavor but plentiful nonetheless. BTW the dish is more Chinese than Vietnamese.
The most delicious Phò & Shrimp Spring Rolls I've had in years! Tasted homemade. The food came out superfast without sacrificing an ounce of flavor. Perfect for stopping in on your lunch break and beautiful setting for dinner plans. I highly recommend Phò House & Grill
Best phở I’ve ever had! We ordered the lean brisket with a side of spring rolls. Broth was flavorful and authentic. Spring rolls were also delicious. Took off a star for the excessive noise (near an airport) and for the meh service. Would've loved fresh bean sprouts, some were wilted. The portion is good and the price is fair.

The seafood pho (no. 19) is the best pho I have ever had. I ordered it with extra shrimp. Great broth. Loaded with seafood. I have also liked their beef phos. I will be back!
