I rarely post reviews but this time i really could not control myself. Ordered 4 medium pizza and when i get there they even forgot to prep the 4 th one.
When i get home saw half of my pizza does not even have a topping on them and the other half where burnet. Call them and they act with an attitude
When you call to order it is an answering service that doesnt help when there is an issue with your order. I tried 3 cards and cash, none of them went thru. so they transfer me to the store so you can stay on hold for 30-40 minutes..I even tried ordering online. NO LUCK...this is the 2nd time I h
The food we got was good. They forgot all of our sauces which made the breadsticks a bit dry. We considered calling but we waited for 20 minutes in the location the phone rang constantly and NO ONE ever answered it.
This location is only less than 3 minutes from my home... wherever I opt for delivery my order always goes out on a double delivery and the drivers will literally pass my home in order to make the other delivery first! Ordered two pizzas for a quick dinner. I described the pizza that was delivered, and he then asked me if I was unsatisfied with my pizza after being clear that I was. Sounded unapologetic but issued a credit to my account. Pizza sucked.
90% of the time, spot on and perfect. There is about a 10% chance of failure. Ranging between wrong pie, wrong house, or wrong apartment.
For the last three orders it has taken over 1 hour for our pizza to get here, we are 10 minutes away - and the boxes are squooshed and the pizza is cold. We report it each time but they do nothing. Terrible service and yes we will just order from somewhere from now on.
Horrible experience with this dominos. Multiple times they have broken big bills for me, then they decide to fall back on a company policy and they chose to inform me of this right before they were about to deliver the food. They waited 30 minutes to tell me that I was not going to receive my food
