Great smoothies! The workers were super nice, the manager was kind of rude the employees, and down their throat the whole time, which put a bad taste I’m my mouth.

The staff was friendly and helpful but at the end Loya forgot the critical topping ingredient in my bowl. She substituted the chia seeds? The oatmeal was too much and they were not toasted. Missing honey drips... Bowl was very plain now.

*rereview* I had a two star here because of a bad previous experience but continued to go here and it definetly was a one off. They are super friendly. Even today my smoothie was mad incorrectly and they remade it no questions asked (9/14/21 @1:25) . Will be back!!

This WAS one of the worst Jamba Juice locations, but they have gotten significantly better. There are two ladies that have been working there almost every time I've gone lately, and they have vastly improved the smoothies, oatmeal, and most importantly the customer service! They not only make better smoothies and oatmeal than they used to, but they also remind you to try it to make sure it's just right, they ALWAYS address you by your name, and they frequently tell you to have a great day (and they say it in a genuine way, like they actually mean it, not like they're placating you, as if they were trained to say it but don't really care). Next time I go I'll have to write their names down so I can add them to the review.

1. If you order online and want to pick it up, you need to remember what you ordered exactly for them to look it up. They can't find your order by your first/last name or by order number.
2. If I come into the store and stand in front of the pick up order area, there is no need to ask what menu item to get started on making.
3. Also, perhaps due to the pandemic, the staff has a short fuse on certain days. If you don't remember what you ordered they have said 'we have 12 bowls in the fridge, you need to remember what you ordered'. If you happen to mention 'acai bowl', that isn't adequate or specific enough. It has to be the specific name shown on the menu.

Staff are friendly and remember orders of those who frequent the spot. Clean inside and predictably delicious!

Not very friendly staff, tried using the rewards program two days in a row for close to $50 and NO employees knew how to work the rewards system. Don’t advertise it if you don’t know how to reward people for spending money with you. Staff seems to be very inexperienced at the register both times. Glad we are just visiting.

I don't know what's going on but right after me, 4 people ordered & they end up getting their drink before me?!? When I finally got my smoothie, it was more of a plopped thick type of ice cream. I work at hospital clinic & my lunch time is precious. After getting my food at chipotle (to go), I figure to treat myself with a smoothie since it was next. It took them about 10-15 minutes to make my "ice cream". Smh
