No ones perfect all the time- and we've had a couple mishaps. 90% of the time the pizza is made well and arrives on time or sooner than expected, and when mistakes are made they are quick to remedy whether it's offering a credit towards free pizza or having another one delivered. Everyone who I've spoken to on the phone has been crazy helpful and understanding, and all of the delivery drivers are very friendly.

Omg I've ordered from them before and time was a problem. But let me tell you I had a patient, attentive lady take my order over the phone. I'm very picky but she helped me make a decision on what was good, and affordable. The whole order was the freshes I've ever got from any pizza place. Everything was so hot it burned my mouth now that's fresh. Wings were delicious too. The driver was nice and about his business he was in and out but friendly. I think the women that took my order was named Heidi. And I received my pizza 20 mins sooner then quoted.

Came to pickup up and the order was wondering for a friend. Waited 20 min, re-recieved our pizza that they had put back in to keep warm, and didn't realize until we got home that it was completely wrong. Not sure the people knew what they were actually making in the back as 6 min turned into 20.

I redeemed my pizza rewards online tonight and ordered it for carryout. I even called to ensure i ordered from this particular location and mentioned my friend was picking the order up. I gave my friend all of the details. However, when my friend went to pick it up he was told it was at another location. Im very unhappy with the service of the company. In addition, the online ordering ia difficult to complete orders at times. Its inconsistent. I have loved PH but now their service sucks. Im sorry but no more business from me.

Ordered a pizza and it never arrived. Called an hour and twenty minutes after ordering to find out the problem and I was assured my pizza was on its way. 30 minutes after that still no pizza. Called back and another associate informed me my order was cancelled because I put down my street address and the number without putting the word apt. Asked to speak to the manager and the associate laughed at me then passed me over to his manager greg who was not sympathetic at all and wasn't really trying to offer any solutions on fixing the issue. Will never order from pizza Hut again. Now I get to go to sleep hungry. Good job guys.

We have been frequent customers at this location for years, but something has changed for the worse. The last 4 pizzas we have picked up have been dry, overcooked, and under topped. I tried to submit my concerns on the pizza hut site but the customer service portion of the site is not functional on mobile device at this time.

They changed there "thin crust" and they didnt even advertise this! Its not thin crust but now just like pan crust which i hate. Life long customer they just lost! Change it back and ill start buying pizza again.
