A Diamond in the Rough of Carlsbad. Big open area with plenty of seats and tables. Knowledgeable Brew Master with a great selection of house brews, the IPA and Porter are my favorites. Food is great and quick to come out. Great staff that is prompt and knowledgeable about their products. Family and kids friendly. Outside patio with cornhold and giant Jenga.
What a fantastic addition to Carlsbad! They have beer and wine which is great because I'm not a huge beer drinker and they have some super tasty food!

Beer is outstanding, food is really good, but a bit expensive. Patio is nicely kept. Owner showed me around the very impressive brewing area. There was definitely a big investment in this place, but also much thought went into it and they should be around for a very long time. Good job guys!
The atmosphere was amazing. I’m not a beer drinker but my husband said it was awesome. The wine is great too. We smacked on a pretzel and cheese which was very tasty. The food coming out to other tables looked delicious. I cannot wait to go back. This is definitely my new fav hang out spot.

The Red + Caprese Salad = Deliciousness! Can’t wait to try the Caprese panini. The staff is awesome, the atmosphere fantastic, GMBC will definitely be our go to place! �

Owners are very friendly and open to suggestions. Brewmaster has set the bar high and will be very successful. Would come back if in the area again!

A little bit of a line to order but it moves fast. Food is 10/10 excellent. We had the tossed salad with honey mustard. Dressing tastes homemade. Nachos with beer cheese, pannini and wanted to order a pizza but they'd sold out. Order taker said they'd sold 300 pizzas in the 4 hours they'd been open. As we were eating, one of the servers heard me say I was dying to try the pizza. She gave up her pizza so we could have one and delivered it to our table. Talk about amazing customer service. Quality food and service, I'll be a lifelong customer.

The beer, pizza, and nachos were delicous. Loved the hatch chili chicken pizza. It was so good. We bought a couple of their beers after trying a flight. This is a great, casual place, with great service.
Great experience! We ordered a full coconut porter and a flight to try the rest of their beers; all delicious! The margarita pizza was great, the cheese to sauce ratio was perfect and the olive oil wasn’t overwhelming. The patrons flooded this place, so get here early, but despite all the people the noise level wasn’t too high and the workers were really kind, so glad we visited from Alamogordo!
Good place to try! Craft beer and brick oven pizza what better combination? Stayed at the hotel next so was excited to try this brewery and glad i did. Good food and beer, tried the new mexico chicken pizza and was really tasty, also had a flight of beers to try some different ones. Check this spot out if your in the area. My daughter was happy they had kraft mac n cheese and she had the salad
Stopped by here for lunch with my coworkers. We had the New Mexico green chile chicken pizza, a Supreme pizza, a personalized pizza which was Chicken, Mushrooms, Spinach w/ white sauce. We had to get the Extreme Nachos as well they were out of this world. We also ordered some cheesecake. I kid you not if you love huge pieces of cheesecake order it! 😋 Hands down order the NM Green Chile Chicken pizza! Highly recommend!!! 🍕
Incredible pizza. You must eat here if you’re in the area. This green chili chicken pie fueled my summit hike to Guadalupe Mountain Peak the next morning!
I was here at my brother’s suggestion, as he works in the industry and is always doing research for his job as a restaurant manager. I tried Zia’s root beer here for the first time, and I can’t stop thinking about it. It was the single greatest root beer experience of my life, spicy but not too, with a complexity unusual for root beer. I would love to try another of their offerings. For food we ordered and split a New Mexico green chile chicken pizza. It was the perfect amount of heat and the toppings were well balanced with the thin crust. A thoroughly enjoyable pie.
