service was wonderfully fast. with polite and friendly workers as always. would been 5 stars, but my extra crispy recipe was more like sum type of new Xtra soggy flour coated crumbs.. the chicken was juicy just not crunchy. the cookie was on point tho, it never disappoints.
A little better than ok. For some reason, this restaurant just can't seem to get its act together. Service is occasionally adequate, but the wait is usually pretty long. Order at the drive through so you don't have to go inside to the constant mess. Maybe they've gotten better since last time I went

Very unhelpful staff, very skimpy food, very horrible experience. They forgot food, went back in to get it fixed. They tried to give me the gravy in tiny bowls that weren't even 1/4 of the way full......
The taste is good but some of the pieces looks like pigeon parts. Especially the wings.
