This is my favorite Chick-Fil-A within the Indy metro area. My order is almost always correct (has been missing something twice in maybe 50 visits), the employees are super friendly, and even though the line is usually incredibly long in the evening it moves relatively quickly. My only complaint is that I’m tired of getting milkshake stuff mixed with my frosted lemonade (today it was peppermint) because of how they use the equipment or something. Definitely not good for cross contamination but fortunately I’m not allergic to any of their shakes
Sofia is really doing the most reaching all those high places. She is such a hardworking and dedicated employee. Chick-fil-a is lucky to have her ❤️❤️ #eatmorechicken
Kind and attentive workers, good food too! The lemonade had a little too much pulp but that’s a personal preference:)

I'm going to be honest and a lot of people aren't going to like what I'm about to say. I don't love Chick-fil-A's food. I don't! I just don't! It doesn't float my boat. There is nothing extraordinary about the food. The sandwiches are just good the macaroni and cheese is just good. The fries are just...... well I love the fries! But I love all potatoes. The food itself is just simply overrated to me! But the service at this establishment is undefeated! I am a very impatient person and I despise having to wait. I will extend my travel in additional 10-15 minutes on a detour if I see traffic starting to stop. That's just to give you an example of how impatient I am. I got in line at Chick-fil-A the other day and it was my first time at this location. I noticed that the line was wrapped around and going down the street and I was confused at first but I fell in line and it appeared to be moving without hesitation very smoothly may I add. I was greeted by a young lady with the menu in her hand and a big old smile ready to take my order. She even had time for a little bit of small talk with me and that alone made me feel good, she literally walked alongside my car as I was pulling up as Not to cause any delay in the movement behind me. She directed me to the Red Umbrella forward and told me that I would be greeted by so and so. I got to the red umbrella and so-and-so said my name and handed me my receipt. I moved forward and the next person said my name and handed me my bag of food. That entire trip around the building felt like it only took 3 minutes if that. Amazing! I will always return to Chick-fil-A because of their exceptional customer service. I get it!

(1) Extra super duper busy Friday @ 6:00 pm. Only thing that compares to the drive thru line and traffic at this location was the lines at Whataburger in Kansas City for the first month or so. But at least the traffic at this Chik-Fil-A died down a bit around 6:45 pm
(2) Standard Chik-Fil-A small portion sizes
the sweet lady at the drive thru made my day giving me a free coke because of a previous order not needing it!!! I had forgotten to order a drink so it was a nice gesture I appreciate you guys I used to drive 45 minutes to go to the chickfila in Noblesville and to this day I prefer it over any other!!!

Mobile order went easy. We arrived choose curbside pickup entered in number of space. Service was fast 5-8 minutes. Service was pleasant and order was bagged correctly. Food was delicious right temperature and great taste. Was very pleased overall with everything.

I recently placed a $500 catering order with Chick-fil-A, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect!

The line was really long, but it didn’t take long for them to get us all through. Great experience for a last minute trip to get food, so we didn’t have to cook. I took photos of the line to show my family the sacrifice I was making, but the staff moved the line too fast. Great food. I ordered way too much. Are way too much. Very happy!
Delicious food, fast service and friendly staff. You could not ask for more of a fast food chain. They actually have achieved the trifecta of business. Fast, Economical, great taste. Keep up the great work.
