I love Mandarin House, a long standing authentic Chinese restaurant in Carmel. They have a wonderful buffet for Sunday lunches with congee, dim sum, and a variety of food with distinctive flavors. When going to order food, you can ask for the Chinese menu, which has their more authentic offerings.
