The restaurant seems to get slammed with gig delivery orders so may take a little wait if you're dining in. Staff are friendly and quick to fix things. The soda machine was out and they promptly fixed it once made aware. Food is made to order so it's hot and never sitting long.
Staff is on top of it here. I had placed an order for pickup, which someone stole from the pickup shelf. They made me a new super fresh order in less than 5 minutes.
The spicy Korean beef noodles were really good, but the pot stickers were not prepared properly and were just soggy steamed dumplings. You guys can do better.
We had dinner here this evening. We have eaten at other locations in the past and loved the food. My wife and sister in law both had their meals messed up, but they corrected it quickly. The prices are a little high, but overall a good experience. Convenient location. I had the Buffalo Mac n Cheese, and it was great. Definitely recommend giving it a try!
I stopped in for a small bite to eat since I had a $10 gift card. I tried a 6-piece potsticker and a soft drink and came right around 10 dollars.
The staff were quick to take my order and I had a nice, quick conversation with Fenix (he/they) on how they got to choose their name while I waited for my drink cup. Food came out quickly and the staff was very courteous.
Giving it a 4 star as the bathrooms were in below average condition.
Really like this place!! Good food some spicy some flavorful some simple something there for everyone! Some food can be oily, others really spicy but overall really good. Really nice soda machine with all kinds of soda, Where are you select your soda electronically. Pick up is also nice.
The food was amazing, as were the workers. Mac and cheese were flavorful and delicious. I wouldn't recommend the garlic bread, not very flavorful, but everything else was great
Hours have been off, usually does something wrong with my order most times.
Update - hours are good now, food has been made correctly at least 90% of the time now too. Quick

We have several picky eaters and surprisingly we could all find something and everyone actually liked it. I thought for sure we'd have to make a pit stop at McDonalds on the way home for the kids, but everyone liked it. The veggie chicken (beyond or impossible, I don't remember) is okay. Better than Panda Express, but still isn't exceptional. Japanese noodles are amazing. We will definitely be back for more family dinners.
The 4 people working that night deserve a raise! (Homecoming). They were super busy but did it very well. Yes we had a small wait but it was worth it. The staff was very nice.

Always great, fresh food at reasonable prices... I guess I am a little disappointed that they package all of the orders as if they are for take out, even if you tell them it is 'for here'. Maybe, that is due to a lack of labor somehow??? I particularly like the parmesan crusted chicken breast added to the Pad Thai.
I love all of the employees here, they are so nice! I have tried many of their pasta options and I have loved all of them! A bit more pricey than I expected but I think it's worth it! They have the fancy coke machine as well which is always super nice. Very easy to carry out or sit down to eat. The atmosphere is similar to panera and I have never had a bad experience!
