The restaurant was clean and well stocked. Bathrooms clean. Mar made a delicious peanut butter shake. Jason made the best burgers we have eaten at a Steak n Shake. Plenty of parking with seating inside and out.

Food was fresh and friendly staff! Got food at a timely manner. Only note the manager clearly upset with the chairs not in the correct spot throughout the restaurant started tossing high chairs and tossing chair and tables aggressively muttering under her breath frustrated. Usually would not mind but was so loud and aggressive...

The quality of food has increased considerably over the past year. It’s been a long time since I’ve considered S&S to be at the top of the fast food burger charts, but it’s hard to deny when everything is this good!

Great food and nice staff. Seems pretty clean. Just one complaint the would be change the nasty ceiling tiles. It doesn't give people confidence to eat there.

The milkshakes are very tasty, the burgers are delicious, especially the western BBQ. Very helpful and polite staff, I would definitely return to this place.

Like many Hoosiers, I've had negative experiences with SNS in recent years. But my last few visits here and ordering from the kiosk has greatly changed my perception of the brand. Burgers are hot and juicy, made correctly to order. The kiosk is actually really usable, and there's even one that accepts cash if you're into that. The menu has really slimmed down, but that's probably something that was needed for a long time. This location is clean and efficient.

I had an issue with my coupon not working and the manager went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed. All of the staff was friendly, my food was delicious and didn't take long at all.

We were helped by Chris via the drive thru on Saturday night at this location, 5 star customer service. He was polite, thoughtful, caring, and kind. If I could have 100 people like Chris working on my team, I’d know my customers would always be treated with respect and their concerns handle with care. Great job Chris, I hope someone in management sees this and gives you a raise!
