Wow my mom always raved about Noble Romans back in the day but I had never experienced it for myself. Tried the pizza once but THIS experience is what she must’ve loved. Great place for pizza. Friendly staff and great service. A very clean atmosphere. The pizza was delicious and tasty. Will be back for more pizza. The managers on duty were awesome. Thanks Al and Sam! The salad bar has a nice selection of add on items to make a great salad. You can also watch sports
Love this place! Sam is great! Remembers our names, our order has great wine, and is always happy to see us! AND, you can eat after 8pm in Carmel!
Always great pizza. Love the Deep Dish Sicilian and a fresh Daredevil Lift Off IPA in a super clean glass (just look at that beautiful lacing)! Cheers!

Food is consistently good. Restaurant is clean and staff is super friendly and responsive. We sit at the bar and enjoy talking with Sam. It’s a great place for an enjoyable, reasonably priced dinner, especially with the daily bar specials.
