Quick delivery of food. Food was hot and tasted good. The only complaint was that it was cool in restaurant and kept getting cooler. It was cold by the time we left. We told the manager and he said "well it feels good outside."

Service at this location was great. Food was timely, waiters were accomodating and quick to respond. My only complaint is the cold draft from being placed close to the door. There was a cold, wintery breeze every time someone entered.

This is only the second steak and shake location we have received good service at. They didn't make us wait 10+ min to get drinks or our sides, etc... Fries were still warm and not cold!
