terrible attention, 20 minutes of waiting in a line of three cars, arriving at the window, 4 minutes later they give you your order without asking what you need, they want to give you the drink they want, and without giving an explanation why "No" they have their new Burger, they only put a sticker

I placed an order on the app at 20:30, and just like this website, it says they close at 23:00. The app took my order and charged my card for the meals. When I arrived, the dining room was closed. They closed at 20:00.

This Arby’s used to be okay. I went in last night, and all the employees were on the phones. I had to wait more than two minutes for my order to be placed. The only reason I didn’t leave was that I was hungry. The food was not up to standards. My cheese sticks were cold.

This location is always closing early or leaving customers to wait at the menu in the drive thru with no line in front of them for up to 15 minutes. They often close at 9 or earlier seemingly on a whim. Even when you can order the order is almost always wrong.
