Best catfish I've had in a very long time. My friend got the catfish, I got shrimp gumbo (recommendation of the clerk). Both were fantastic, and they didn't overwhelm us with sauces. I really like the ambience, too. Like any proper Cajun themed location, they had a variety of hot sauces available. I've put them in a picture from most to least favorite. Will definitely be going back, and recommend this location, especially if (like my buddy I went with) you love catfish.
Holy smokes! Best catfish in town! Best fried green tomatoes my husband had ever had! BEST hush puppies I've had in I don't know when. I'm so impressed with the variety on the menu, and everything looks like it's a family recipe! I've already called my family out of state to let them know where we're taking them for their first dinner here!
In my opinion one of the Best Catfish restaurant around. The catfish is crispy is always hot and fresh. There are many other options than just catfish with combo meals, shrimp, oysters, and many others. The waitstaff is always quick to find out if you need anything and clear the tables. Don't let the strip mall location fool you, you try them you'll understand and it'll be your favorite too!
This is my favorite fish place in carrollton. I usually buy the fried catfish but I discovered that their grilled fish is tastier & healthier. It actually doesn't matter what you order because it is served fresh of the fryer. The restaurant's atmosphere is clean and relaxing. I'll definitely be back😎
Great clam appetizer. Some of the best catfish I’ve had in a long time. The iced tea was also outstanding. Definitely will be coming back regularly when I want seafood.
Today was my fist day here and this was delicious I had the four fried shrimp and 2 Filet with sweet potato fries it was very good. I can’t wait to try the grilled selections. I was very pleased and would recommend them. They do need to work on there customer service.

Catfish House's food is always great. My husband loves the grilled options I loves those but also love their Poboys, fried fish and shrimp baskets and the soft shell crab.
