This a cute café, loft style, European feel... great place to study. Free Wifi. This place has become my usual stop when I have my late night cravings. My usual: strawberry cheesecake waffle and iced peach tea or green tea latte. You get a buzzer when you order your food and have to walk back to the front to pick it up when it's ready.

Lovely Courtyard Experience - Great Place. Cafe Brown Sugar is a unique experience. They have created a courtyard feel inside a large loft-like building. If you have ever been to Europe where some buildings have an inner courtyard with a water feature at the center, this looks like that. Arched brickways with tables surround the courtyard. There are two levels with seating around the parameter. The heavy use of brick walls, scraped wood and rustic accents complete the look. It's really nice. The center feature looks unfinished. I hope it becomes a fountain or some type of water feature.

While the look and feel is European, the food, signs and staff are Asian. They have a complete menu of teas and drinks. I loved my hot Pomegranate tea. The bubbles at the bottom were great. The sandwich I had was okay, but I would come for the tea, atmosphere, and experience. Really awesome place.

The food was knock out good. Alot of people fuss about pricing, but the food was fresh, waffles were hot and amazingly crispy. Ice cream was perfect. Atmosphere was enchanting. You get exactly what you pay for when you're here. Clean. Very nice. Roughly $10 a plate on average. So much food the three of us couldn't finish it all.

I love this place especially for brunch. Knowing that there is a large breakfast chain restaurant just around the corner that always has lines of people; going to this little place, just around the corner, is always great because it's never crowded and has lots of seating. They even have places for you to plug in your cell phone or your laptop while you're eating. Definitely try out their fish shaped waffles. Excellent!

Plenty of tables, two stories. Closes late 11pm. Serves bubble tea, waffles, snow ice, and other snacks. Plenty of parking in the lot outside. Usually not packed during the weekdays.

Really big. Lots of seating. Nice lighting. Friendly service and the dessert waffles are really great... Stayed open till 11 I think? We stayed for hours with a group talking, no one made a fuss... Easy to access location, very nice neighborhood, tons of stuff close by, felt safe, ample parking. Great place to meet up with people.

Love this place! It has two floors of rustic relaxation. A large atrium in the center, and a ring of sweet cakes and treats that stretch the circumference of a tree reaching for the large skylight. The prices are reasonable for the area and other cafes in general but they have some very interesting and quite tasty food. Gigantic dessert pancakes of multiple variety, a huge buttery loaf of cinnamon bread, and a pizza baguette to name a few. There are others but I have not tried them yet. The three I just mentioned are fantastic. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area. I try to make the trip when I can just because the atmosphere is wonderful. And I like their black tea latte
