This is what my burger looked like when I unwrapped it... absolutely disgusting.

Great place, ignore the calories and get the Dude and a Shake, then a nap. Drive through moved pretty quickly tonight. Even the moon was here tonight.

This is the second time I've gone and gotten charged for extra toppings and received a sloppy product. This time I told them to remake the sundae, then received a sundae with slopped up mess. This was the same crew that works during the night shift.

My first time at a DQ. The frosty was delicious and the fries were tasty.. that's it. The burger patty was so thin and looked nothing like the advertised one.

Absolutely horrible. Order 4 blizzards partly melted and leaked on my wifes jeans. They didn't seem to know what they were doing. I get its hard to find labour but chick filet can do you can too.

If I could give zero I would. This location degrades the brand. They are either very slow, out of an item, or the food is served either cold, burned, under cooked, etc. The blizzards are the only thing that is consistent. I ordered two bowls of chicken and dumpling, but they only had enough for

We are rediscovering our love of blizzards. Great team who work well together.

We come here because Coppell location is rarely open and frequently doesn't have ice cream. I've always been lucky enough to catch them open, but their staff is very rude unfortunately.
