Food was pretty good. It was so difficult ordering. Took about 10 minutes to order 3 people's food. Then, they didn't get it right when I got up to the window and had to sit there for another 10-15 minutes. It took so long. Didn't get the right order after all. It was after 8:30 at night, so I didn't think they'd be slammed.

They do not give you teriyaki sauce when you order teriyaki chicken. They don't give you sauce with egg rolls either. This is just dry, overpriced food. I regret spending money on this.

I arrived to the establishment and the inside was in disarray. There were bottles drinks just sitting on tables. I understand that employees in this day and age are understaffed and overworked. One employee I assumed was on their lunch break. Was asleep on the table next to her food she had gotten to eat.
I order a plate. Fried rice and double orange chicken and a drink. Transaction was some what smooth and the male employee was nice.
I got my food and left. I began to eat and when I said I want fried rice and I got FRIED rice. Rice was crisper than ruffles potato chips. The crunch was louder than your moms best fried chicken. The orange was great as usual. No complaints there. Overall a 3 out of 5 ain’t bad.

fried rice wasn't cooked all the way and soggy. also had a bad smell like being in a rice cooker for long time. orange chicken tasted old and soggy too. worst panda express ever. how come franchise food tastes different from other location.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Lots of people in the reviews are saying things like it's slow or complaining because they're out of something. It's a Chinese restaurant, food takes time to cook and it takes time to make orders. And if you go to any job you are allowed to have a break so you can eat.
