They struggle with orders that are modified make sure you check your receipt. Also do not leave that second window without checking your food. Do not show compassion about their driver time if they can’t get your food correctly made. The manager did a good job of correcting my order.
Zero star rating. Food items are not per order. Missing items when check after my kid open the box. Our first and last visit to this location. Manager please keep only capable employee.
i live next to them they are terrible i use to be a manager at mcdonald’s they are by far the worst in the denton county area. i order the same thing once a week and they haven’t got in right in months. Today i went up there and they put unsweetened in cup when i asked for sweet so i went in the lob
This location has staff who know nothing about customer service. Thr workers at the drive through always on their phones. Staff rushing customers. No Hello at the drive though intercom. No Good morning/afternoon/evening. No how are you? Zero.
These folks were so polite and kind and just went out of thier way to be helpful, even without having to ask for it! Ive never felt so welcomed and such kindness from any fast food joint! Way to go McDonalds! You guys totally Rocked!
I always have a good experience with this particular McDonald's, the orders have always been right lately and the employees are really nice and helpful! It's also always clean from what I can tell.
I am surprised this place still open with the bad service they have and today the over charge me for 6 ice creams cones and now they don’t answer the phone. I don’t think this corporate people care any more about what the people think about this McDonald that has the worst customer service.
