This Papa John’s is TERRIBLE. I ordered a SMALL pizza at 8:00 and haven’t got any updates so I called at 9 to ask about the status and they told me that the manager said it would be 1 hour and half until it would be delivered. I placed an order online and needed to make some changes so I called the local Carrollton, GA- Maple St- Papa Johns and spoke with Mallorie. She was well mannered and so very helpful. I wanted to give her a shoutout!!

Mallory was amazing in helping me order 38 pizzas for an event at Oak Mountain Academy! Other local pizza places wouldn't even commit to that size of an order. I will call them first every time in the future!

When they 1st come out they used fresh ingredients and the pizza was very good they have since changed something and the pizza just doesn't have that it thing anymore still good just not what it was when they started

I know help is hard to find, but a rude cashier is a classic error! This young lady worked very hard to make me feel as stupid as possible! Done with Papa John’s!

They scammed me bad. they let someone else take my pizza without verifying it was me, they said they’d make me a new one and they never did. i received zero updates about it, and had to go through paypal for a refund.

I just placed a order at 6pm and I have yet to get my delivery order and its 9pm and when you call them you can't get through the phone keeps hanging up
