The chef will describe great ingredients. Local meat and honey and stuff. Hipster vibe, but nobody acts too cool. Love music half the week. Great Indian food. They have a delicious latte with no coffee, somehow.

THE place for coffee in this town. They roast their own beans and have multiple blends for sale. THE place for the best breakfast in this area. Hands down! Bring your laptop or tablet (great Wi-Fi; they won't put you on a timer like other places in the area). Might be the only place west of Atlanta where you can get authentic Indian food (lunch). I am smitten by the coffee, the food, the vibe, and the stellar staff (signage could be improved; you'll find this gem on the back side of the big purple house, that locals refer to as "the Mansion").

Shane was our waiter and was so helpful for our first visit to 4am. I got the 2egg plate with the best cheese eggs I've ever had. My side of the grits casserole was delicious, and the sweet potato biscuit was tender in the outside with crispy edges. The apple butter was sweet and tart, the perfect accompaniment. The cold creamy coffee was also phenomenal, and the ice cubes were coffee! We'll definitely be back!

So delicious! My son loves eating at the bat. They're nice and sweet. Very attentive. Great for kids. Gluten free options. Just make sure to share that it's an allergy and not just because you want gluten free.

Since they moved to the mansion the aesthetics of their restaurant has changed. The food is still as good and the coffee is even better. The place now has a sense of locality if that makes any sense.

We love this place. Great coffee, atmosphere, and food. My only gripe is the service is always mediocre. While the staff is friendly, they are generally pretty aloof and inefficient.
