Staff was severely short-handed and it showed. Meal was prepared in reasonable speed but was poor quality - wilted lettuce, old chicken, haphazardly assembled. Floor was dirty. Drink machine was nearly empty as was the tea dispensers.

Horrible service! Waited in line for over 20 minutes just to be told to pull up while 5 other cars got their order. Maybe if the kids working there were not so busy chatting with each other they could get the job done better.
