I was in there yesterday morning 9am, I wished that I would have asked the cashier's name, because she was so awesome! She knew exactly how my Dad & Uncle wanted their coffee and said I'll make some fresh just for y'all. My Dad said that's why I like coming here. She would definitely brighten anyone's day. She brought their coffee to them and apologized for the wait. I really wished that I'd asked her name, because I feel like she should be recognized. She has a great personality and that's something you can't train to people.
This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to! For real, the employees were so nice! The chicken sandwich was actually delicious yall! They were even nice to my daughters. My expectations for chain restaurants is pretty low honestly, however this time I was extremely impressed with the service. Keep these employees happy is all I can say!
Slow service due to lack of employees most of the time. Never go after 9pm. I find that service is worse after 9 and most always fries taste a day old. One experience lately the night manager walked out on the ONLY employee there and left her with a line wrapped around the building. My wait was well over 30 minutes and the manager and I had words because she was cursing the employee as she was leaving. I felt bad for the teenage girl and if it would have been my teen they definitely wouldn't have returned to work before I spoke to the franchise management about their managers.
