Wow!!! Just went to the new Burger King on Bankhead Hwy. I have stopped going to BK because it always SUCKED!! However since this was a new store you'd think they'd be on top of their game. Well they aren't!!! Just as nasty as I remember it being years ago. Whatever happened to to great burgers with
terrible customer service, terrible quality in food along with missing food ideas multiple times. when complaining to the manager, she acts worst than an employee would. would most definitely recommend driving the extra 3 or 4 miles to the next burger rather than spending your time at this one
Don't ever work here ppl. Bad work environment, hateful management, they do not live up to what they tell you they will do for you. Not a good workplace for college kids especially, they try to work you until they break you And when your broken they will throw you away and replace with somebody new.
The impossible Burger was so good! We also bought whoppers and fries. It was all good and the FF were fresh.
Burger King had really fallen over the years. To be fair, this may be attributed to the group that owns the franchises in my area.

Kind of scary been here about an hour and it 3pm. There it 2 cash registers sitting out in the open full of the daily cash. Tons of people coming in and they literally could walk right out the door with them...was shocked!
I always have good service at this location. Tonight my order was taken by Matthew. This young man was great!!! Happy, smiling, great attitude! He had me pull up....no biggie...it was less than 2 minutes later here comes his smiling self with my order and 4 cookies for the wait!!! Exceptional servic
