Overall good Mcdonalds. About every other time I go here at night within an hour of they're closing they say they're out of ice cream or the machine is broken. Which is a lie. Its them just being lazy cuz they want to clean their ice cream machine so they dont have to stay late to clean it. Also customer service is ok maybe 6 out of 10
They do a good job keeping up with demand with few errors (at least on my experience), and the ice cream machine is always working when I want one!
It's been a long time since we had good customer service and even though there were a few mistakes I didn't feel the need to get mad or angry because the customer service was actually good.
