Brit was the star of the show. Such a bright, kind-hearted and welcoming person.
Clean premises, drive thru, plenty of parking and well staffed. Oh, and of course they make great coffee.
I've been going to this location off and on for over 7 years. The staff surpasses any other Starbucks I've been to, and I've been to a lot of bad Starbucks. Definitely the best in all of Carson/Tahoe/Reno. They are always so nice and accommodating. They even get to know you and call you by name after only seeing you a couple of times.
The Retail Starbucks location is the best in Carson City. I've tried them all, and this location is tops by far. The staff here are simply on a higher level. Great place!
Harlie is one of the best employees i’ve encountered. Great customer service, always serving me with a smile. Always look forward to seeing her when I go!!!!

I have visited this Starbucks a few time, and each time the coffee and service was great.
They happened to be out of a certain flavor that I liked... which is OK in its own, because I tried something new! I had a Java chip Frappuccino! Oh my gosh! Next time, adding a shot of peppermint....
Nicest people work here ! They work very well together and actually chat with you . Very happy to be employed and happy to be there . You can tell it is just a synergistic and happy place . They need to bottle that and shop that all over the country to every Starbucks. It is what is currently missing from Starbucks and why I generally go to other coffee shops now. They don’t feel welcoming to everyone particularly law enforcement . I literally drove out of my way to go to other coffee places like city brew in Montana or in Ca The Coffee Bean. Literally 20 minutes . This place - gives me hope.
