If you like bbq but also value your health this is the place to go I didn’t feel half as guilty eating there as I do other places
Out of ALL the restaurants that have opened in the past few months Shane's is BY FAR our favorite. Mark, the owner/manager is usually there and he sees that every customer is treated right. He has hired the best staff that cares and sees that all customers are taken care of. I highly recommend if you haven't tried Shane's you do it soon!
Great food! Plays Christian music as you eat which is a miracle in its self but I took my whole family (6) and ate for $35! Couldn’t even eat all the food!! Great place to eat and if you haven’t tried it your missing out!
The staff do an amazing job in all areas. The food is awesome, the whole place is clean, and the atmosphere is great for family! The food come out quick too!

The kind folks at Shane’s Rib Shack in Cartersville are top notch. The food is amazing, we are blessed to have them in Cartersville.
Great dinner. Loved the bbq (I'm very picky), slaw (I'm very, very, very picky), fried okra, mac & cheese and the peach cobbler. This was my first time eating at Shane's. Thanks Shane's for giving to Mission Guatemala.

Surprised by the quality/taste of the pork. Last I dined at a Shane's (different location) they meat was very dry and tasteless - no so here. Glad we went

Half Chicken plate Awesome. Side of Onion Rings & Mac & Cheese . Was missing the Texas toast, but overall a winner as always. Smoked wings too AMAZING

Simply put, if I want a seriously good burger without having to leave the city then Shane's is my go-to. Cashiers are always insanely friendly and make sure you get exactly what you want. I generally stick with my usual order of the cowboy burger with fries and the burger is always cooked well (usually med-well or well done) and is super juicy, plus they're some of the biggest burgers I've ever had. I also usually grab the sweet bbq sauce and dip everything in it.
The bbq chicken and pork are pretty average for a bbq place in my opinion, but I also haven't had it as often to really weigh in on their average taste so it may be different from my experience.
We've also ordered the chicken tenders and they're... tenders. Crunchy. Little dry. Not really much flavoring in the breading. It helps to dip them in the bbq sauce to give it that extra kick.
I've also done take out orders and they were very nice about everything. Once the food came out our cashier opened the box and made sure everything looked good and everything was in there while repeating the order back, even remembering to add in the side order of sauce.
All in all every time I go to Shane's I love the experience. If you want a good burger I definitely recommend it.
Kayleigh Bunch is the best, she's polite, remembers everything, everything, and makes the whole dining experience a pleasure. I think she deserves a raise or a promotion to GM!!!!
