Don’t be fooled by the low key atmosphere - the food is incredible! The staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. The service was fast. Most importantly, the food was DELICIOUS. We’ve been to a lot of different restaurants around Raleigh that have a much more high class atmosphere where the food wasn’t nearly as delicious. Extra props to the staff members who could be seen washing down the chairs and fixing wobbly chairs with a power drill. This place seems like the owners treat their staff well and the chef cares about putting out high quality exceptional food. 10/10 would recommend this hidden gem.

Wow!!! My fiancés mom took us out for our birthdays and we both fell in love. I’ll tell you about the risotto. No restaurant can make it the way it should be. Except this one! Perfect! The Pan-Seared Flounder, Pit Roast and Mushroom Ravioli were also amazing. We were brought out a dessert each and there were SPARKLERS!!! My inner child came out and I loved it. I’m excited to go back!

I can't recommend this place enough. I was thoroughly impressed with the food, the atmosphere, and the service. For an appetizer we enjoyed the pretzel bites and the brie bites. The pretzel bites were good and the brie bites were legendary. For dinner my wife had the pork chop which was tender flavorful and perfectly cooked. I had the shrimp and grits. When I tell you the shrimp and grits was just about the best shrimp and grits I've ever had, I have experience to be able to say that with credibility. I have eaten in restaurants all over the world, and shrimp and grits is one of those dishes that I enjoy at many of them. This restaurant's shrimp and grits were out of this world. We also had the creme brulee and white chocolate berry bread pudding for dessert. Both of these were delicious. Even the plates and glassware they used on the table were unique and different. If you've never been to this place, you have to check it out.

My fiance and I visited here for our anniversary. It was one of the best meals we've ever had! Everything was so delicious, and we were given complimentary cheesecakes for our anniversary. Our server, David, was fantastic. Very professional, knowledgeable, and hospitable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a night of fine dining. If we are ever in the area in the future, we will surely be coming back.

Had dinner tonight with the family and kids. Appetizers were hot and delicious. I had the short ribs and they were delicious and juicy. The waiter was attentive and cook staff did an amazing job with the food. The overall atmosphere was incredible and the wide variety of music and TV was greatly appreciated. Best restaurant experience I've had in a while.

The chicken and scallops were a little overcooked. Not enough to ruin the meal, but enough so that it really didn't feel like the higher price point was warranted. The sun dried tomatoes with the chicken were VERY flavorful, which is hard to come across it seems. The service was good. I would recommend starting off with their casual menu (far more affordable) if you're uncertain whether the higher prices food is worth it. [edit] The owner's response to this post was appropriate, and highlighted a shortage of staff. I will certainly be trying this location at a later date.
