Gonza is consistently delicious and does gluten free so well. We didn’t realize we were still visiting together after lunch hours because the sweet staff never made us feel rushed. Great food and staff.
Presentation top notch, food was incredible, service was first rate. I highly recommend this restaurant.
We came here for dinner a few days ago. There was a wait for a table, so we opted to sit at the bar. Even though the bartenders were busy, they made sure that we were attended to (I honestly couldn't believe how they were able to take care of the people eating at the bar while also making a variety of drinks... great multi tasking!). I got the Pollo tacos with rice. My fiance' got the chicken tinga tacos with rice. We traded a taco with each other so we could try them both. They were delicious! The rice was great too as well as the salsa and chips. We will definitely be back!
While I've enjoyed a tasty dinner here in the past, my thought is that this place really caters to those who want to eat and drink while shooting the breeze or celebrating with friends or coworkers. This is reflected in both the prices and the need to make reservations. Still, an overall positive experience.
Great food, great atmosphere, great decoration and great style. This is a Mexicanized AMERICAN restaurant. There is nothing wrong with that. I'm not sure if the owner, chef, or cooks are Mexican, but the food was authentic, yet Modern. The authentic flavor was there, but it was also different. Authentic in the sense that it resembles Mexican street food, but unlike that street food it's not so cheap.
To be honest it is some of the best Mexican food that I've had in the Area. The ambiance is great for a date or dinner with the family. The Spicy Pepino specialty drink was refreshing, and not so spicy. The queso, guac, and salsa with chips is also great.
I tried ordering the carne asada tacos in a Spanish/Mexican accent and was corrected with its English/American pronunciation which was difficult to sit through. This restaurant did not receive a perfect score because the Authenticity of Mexican food and culture was good, but something felt like it was missing. However, I don't know what. So, let's just say a 4.5 is my official score. I am Mexican and grew up eating Mexican food in Mexico and on the West Coast.

I always love the delicious food here and the fun atmosphere. The guacamole is amazing and the bowl special they offered tonight was delicious. So full...
This is the place to go with your friends or family. The service is top notch and very responsive, also very helpful when deciding what to enjoy for lunch or dinner. Rating would have been 5 except for the portion size for the soup. The soup was delicious but we ordered a bowl and it was more like a cup, remember delicious but small. Luckily the rest of the meal was good portions and delicious.
They also serve more than tequila and rum.
This was my second visit here. The food is tasty and I love the guacamole and fresh toasted tortillas. The bartender know how to make good 👍drinks!
(4.5 ⭐)
